I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or concerns. The breakfast was a highlight, with a range of delicious Japanese dishes that were a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing great value for money. Additionally, the location in the Japanese area of the city was perfect, offering a peaceful and convenient stay just a short walk away from major attractions like the HRC, Post Office, and Notre Dame Cathedral. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, amenities, and location.

I thought the Hotel was very suitable for a short stay in a City

Celebrating New Year’s Eve at this hotel was a great decision! The breakfast, served early, was delicious and provided us with enough energy to explore the area around the hotel. The location was ideal, as we were able to easily reach all the main attractions on foot. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the fact that the room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay.

We were disappointed that there were no fitness facilities, such as a gym or swimming pool, available for guests. We also found the room to be somewhat cramped, with minimal space for our belongings.

Location is good, spa center on the 1st floor is really amazing, I was surprised about quality and personal skills... They had 40% discounted, without it spa has pretty high price(((( the second thing I like about this hotel is good for this 3stars breakfast with wonderfull tasty Pho and regular staff. Room was ok, clean and fine))

We had a room on 8th floor, actually on the hotels top, but on the roof they have some kind of water pumper....which is noisy, impossible noisy in the night...but, of course, they were fully booked and we can not move. Our room was 806... Highly do not recommend....

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us. One day, there was a staff member who even stopped the traffic to help us cross the busy road - it was such a lovely gesture that made our day! We were also impressed with the breakfast selection and the hotel's great location in the Japanese area of the city, just a short distance away from the ongoing construction for the new rail transport system. The rooms were clean and modern, equipped with all the necessary amenities. we were very satisfied with the value for money and the attention to detail.

All in all, everything was great!

The building is new (less than six months since hotel opening) and well maintained. Entire staff was most helpful, especially at reception. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Room was not as spacious as in the older hotels in the city.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accomodating. The buffet breakfast was very good. The location is good, felt safe coming and going from the hotel and we walked most everywhere. The room was very clean. We had absolutlely no complaints with this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
